We want you to feel confident and cared for with every GreenNest order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Original packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on opened personal care items such as skincare, haircare, body care, or baby products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we may deduct actual shipping costs from your refund.
