Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods:

Standard (USPS/UPS):
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
Cost: $4.99 and up, or Free on orders over $75.
Expedited:
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Priority Overnight:
The estimated delivery time is 1 business day.
Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, severe weather, or carrier service disruptions.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, GreenNest only ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging.
If your package is lost or missing, email us at support@greennest.co with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim and replacing your item, if applicable.

Shipping Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in fulfillment.
